Students now have the option of continuing to the Integrated Management Programme, a five-year course designed for graduates with management and leadership aspirations. IIM Courses after 12- Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Indore

IIM Indore's five-year IPM course is the first integrated IIM course after 12th and is one of the best management courses in India. This IIM course is divided into two parts, with the first three years forming the foundation on which the core areas of management are built. These include the humanities, psychology, economics, mathematics, statistics, sociology and political science.

Students have the option to leave the program after successfully competing in the first semester and receive a diploma in Business Administration. Or they can go to another part of the program where students are mixed with students doing the PGP (Graduate Management Program).

During the last two years of the degree, students are trained to become managers and upon completion receive a Master of Business Administration degree. These post-12th business courses at IIMs offer an exchange program in the third or fifth year and a sabbatical for selected students of up to two years between the third and fourth year of the program.

IIM Rohtak was the second IIM in India to offer an integrated management program. Such IIM courses allow business students to directly enter IIMs if they are eligible and go through an intensive selection process.

IIM's Integrated Courses After 12th is a comprehensive program that offers a deeper understanding of the world of business management. It provides students with the necessary skills to operate in a diverse business world.

During the first three years of the program, students take a variety of core courses, from economics to psychology to business history and the like. At the PGP level (the last two years of the program), students begin to specialize in marketing management, human resource management, organizational behaviour, finance and accounting.

CGPA must be at least 5 for students to continue in the final two years of the program. Those who do not meet this grade will receive a BBA degree and leave the program

IIM Courses after 12- Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Ranchi

IIM Ranchi has recently joined the ranks of IIMs offering integrated programs for high school graduates. Students from all backgrounds can opt for such IIM courses after 12th, including science students. This program is also five years long and provides an interdisciplinary foundation in the social sciences, arts and humanities, and sciences.

However, the focus is still on developing leadership skills through in-depth studies in management, marketing, data science, information systems and economics. In addition, versatile life skills courses provide students with a well-rounded, professionally and socially developing education.

Integrated MBA IIM Eligibility-

IIM Courses after 12- Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Jammu

IIM Jammu is one of the three IIMs that recently started offering an integrated program in management. This change will allow students from different backgrounds to join IIM courses after 12th commerce and science.

The goal of the program is to provide students with the leadership skills and abilities needed in today's business world. This is possible through a unique combination of basic and advanced management courses that integrate management education into the fields of science, engineering, mathematics and technology.

The purpose of the multidisciplinary curriculum is to develop the mental, social, moral and physical aspects of the individual with the help of modern academic pedagogy. The course enables students to think critically and creatively and solve real-world problems in a constantly changing business environment.

This 5-year post-12th course from IIM allows students to start their careers after the first three years of the program, upon successful completion of which they receive a bachelor's degree. Or they can complete the entire 5-year IIM course after their 12th year and get a Masters.

IIM Courses after 12- Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Bodhgaya

IIM Bodhgaya has also started a five-year integrated management program in the academic session of 2021. The objective of this course is to inculcate in students a global perspective of management practices and enable them to take up various management and leadership positions in government and corporate organizations.

The initial part of the program provides an interdisciplinary foundation, while the final two years follow the IIM Bodhgaya MBA course structure. It equips them with the skills and technical knowledge needed for professional management roles.

Through such comprehensive IIM courses after the 12th, students from both business and other backgrounds get the international immersion they need. In addition, they receive experiential learning based on core business and management principles.

IIM Courses after 12- Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) at Rohtak

IIM Rohtak is the first IIM to offer a five-year integrated law program. This is only the second type of integrated program that allows students to join IIMs after the 12th. Combining undergraduate and graduate programs into one program, IIM Rohtak's integrated law program is multidisciplinary and comprises courses in business administration and law. training

In this 5 year course at IIM, students experience multiple placements and internships after 12th. Studying arbitration law, domestic law, competition law, business administration and management are some of the highlights of this program, which offers a general comprehensive legal education.

As there is no preference for such IIM courses after the 12th, Commerce and Science students can apply for this program if they fulfil other eligibility criteria. Unlike other 5 year IIM courses after the 12th year that can be done, a BSc is not awarded if one completes the program after the first 3 years.

IIM MBA Fees

IIM fees are expected to be high due to the academic and internship opportunities that these institutions offer. The fee for an IIM 5-year integrated course is expected to be high compared to the 2-year MBA program.
