The Department of Management Studies, the Netaji Subhas University of Technology (formerly Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology) was established in the year 2006. The primary objectives of the department of management studies are to impart broad-based knowledge in the field of management practices and their application in addressing the challenges of the emerging global business environment and society.

Currently, the Department of Management Studies offers elective courses in the diverse domains of management to engineering UG and PG students at NSUT. The department intends to begin UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs from the academic session commencing in July 2019.

Medical Help:

NSUT has a round-the-clock medical facility located near the Type 5 faculty housing which provides immediate medical aid to all residential staff & students. Medical help can be availed and administered on the spot. A stand-by vehicle is available to transport any person in need of special attention.

The facility is staffed by full-time & part-time doctors as well as visiting consultants & specialists to render 24-hour medical service to college residents. Treatment, consultation & medicines are provided free of cost to all students, staff & staff dependents.

Placement: 

The internship and in the third year, we get the placement opportunity. As BBA have recently started in our college. As BBA has recently started in our college so the placement for BBA is fewer but in the further year it is still progressive. But there are on-campus placements also. In the third year, we get placements and it is quite good. Internship opportunities are also provided.
