One of the premier institutions of the country, DSI was founded by MGVP Trust in 1963 by the late Sri R Dayananda Sagar, the founder. The institutions are now powered by Dr. D Hemachandra Sagar and Dr. D.Premachandra Sagar the two prominent sons of the founder. DSM Library was Launched in 2011 to meet the information needs of teachers and the DSATM student community. It acts as a collection center for resources mainly related to all subjects that are in DSATM. It also ensures that information resources are acquired and organized to meet the information needs of current and future users. The main objective of our library is to provide the right information to the right users at right time. The library has a hybrid collection of print and electronic resources, including books, journals, databases, audiovisuals, CDs/DVDs, ebooks, electronic journals, teaching aids, documents with questions from the previous year, bound volumes, project reports, etc. Computer Lab –Totally 688 computers with LAN connections are available on the campus for the access of students and teachers for academic activities. All the classrooms and Laboratories are Wi-Fi enabled with well-furnished computers, LCD projectors with screens; portable audio systems are also available.
