T&P CELL OBJECTIVES:

1. Identifying Trainable and Employable Students: The T&P Cell aims to identify students with potential for training and employment through various assessment programs.

2. Developing Employability Attributes: We strive to cultivate essential employability skills among students, including English communication, soft skills, and aptitude, crucial for engineering graduates.

3. Keeping Abreast of Latest Technologies: The T&P Cell regularly organizes guest lectures, industry expert talks, technical workshops, and internship programs to acquaint students with the latest advancements in ENTC, CSE, IT, Mechanical Engineering, and Management.

4. Facilitating Placement Drives: Our Cell conducts placement drives and pool campuses to facilitate student recruitment, both on-campus and off-campus, aligning with industry requirements.

5. Promoting Placements Through Virtual Mode: Recognizing the importance of virtual platforms, we actively promote placement opportunities through virtual modes, fostering seamless interactions between students and recruiters.

3. Company and Profile Awareness Programs: CAP and PAP programs are organized to familiarize students with company profiles and job requirements.

4. Technical Workshops: We organize workshops and training programs on industry-relevant topics such as Telecom Services, PLC, SCADA, Embedded Systems, Androids, Dot Net, Java, Linux, Adobe Flex, Networking, and SPSS.
