Established the International Institute of Sports Management back in 2010 with an aim to bestow the Sports Industry with competent Sports Management professionals.
The sports industry is growing exponentially, signaling the need for professionals with varying skill levels. Due to the influx of numerous sports championships & increase in fan participation, sport the industry has now evolved into a powerhouse of uncharted boulevards & countless opportunities. Turning his on-court experience into a niche for young sports enthusiasts, Mr. Nilesh M. Kulkarni, former International Test Cricketer, and Sports Edupreneur established the International Institute of Sports Management in 2010 with the aim of providing the sports industry with competent sports management professionals.
International Institute of Sports Management, Mumbai courses are offered at various levels like Undergraduate Degree (i.e BSM, etc.), Postgraduate Degree (i.e MSM., etc.) and Ph.D. and many more. Residential Accommodation
Distinct inns for boys and girls are available on the university campus with high security. Boys and Girls have two hostels with Wi-Fi facilities for UG and PG, which can accommodate around 450 students each with good infrastructure. A college van and car are always available to meet guests' emergency needs. A well-equipped gym is established so that the students of the inn develop the physical ability of boys and girls. They also have indoor play facilities. Each inn is under the care of a Dy. Warden, assisted by 2 Warden assistants. A hygienic mess is attached to both hostels. The rooms are spacious and airy. Library
The treasury of books and periodicals is the center of intellectual activity in each institution. The Central Library works for its readers with a concern for creativity and innovation, predecessors of Research and Development. The general library of our college was established in 2000. It has a well-equipped library that accumulates over 45,024 volumes of selected books in various engineering, management, and basic, and general science subjects. The library subscribes to over 143 printed periodicals. The library also has 1531 bound volumes of periodicals. Audiovisual educational programs and video lessons often take place in the library.
Medical Services and Health Center–
AIHT knows that physical health is more important for students to concentrate well on their studies. The College pays particular attention to the health of students. Our college has a health center with all the facilities on the campus and also an experienced doctor who takes care of this health center. Also, our college is located near Chettinad Hospital. The AIHT medical service vehicle is always ready on site 24 hours a day.
Canteen
It is speckless and maintained very well. It provides good quality fresh Snacks, cool drinks, coffee, tea, and other food items in a hygienic, healthy way that suits the pockets of the student.
Sport
Physical education is strongly aimed at improving the physical and mental health of the individual player. This results in the development of dynamic personalities. Sports activities and achievements have helped many people get better job opportunities. The clean area with the natural gift of fresh air is an inspiring resource, which motivates the player to perform better. Sports carry the same weight as academics. All sports activities are encouraged by making all facilities available when students participate in intercollegiate, intra-college, and other tournaments. The victorious university teams have won all major sporting events in Tamil Nadu including the Anna University Interzonal Sports Championship.
Bank
IISM has an Indian bank located at the entrance which saves students time and energy. The ATM which is part of the Indian bank is located near the bank.ATMs of HDFC Bank and State Bank of India are also available near the college entrance.
International Institute of Sports Management, Mumbai accepts admission through various entrance exams like SMAT, MAH-MBA / MMS CET.
IISM as an institute has created more than 700 sports management professionals for fasting The growing sports industry in India, thus plays a vital role in facilitating its growth. Our alumni have worked with leading sports management organizations, companies, and federations such as IMG Reliance, Mumbai City FC, OGQ, Sportz Interactive, etc., and also patented some of the ventures of their own. President of India.
