Ans. By Road (From Jaipur – 38 km and Delhi – 205 km on Jaipur-Delhi Highway NH -11C):

Nims University is situated at Shobha Nagar, positioned on your right-hand side approximately 12 km after passing the ‘Manoharpur Toll Plaza’ while traveling from Delhi along the straight highway. All types of buses, including Deluxe and Super Deluxe, traveling on this route from various states, make a scheduled stop at NIMS UNIVERSITY BUS STOP, directly opposite the Campus. Private bus operators are also accustomed to halting near the main gate of Nims University along the main Delhi-Jaipur highway.

From Nims City Center, Jaipur Nims City Centre is conveniently located on the prominent commercial thoroughfare known as ‘Govind Marg’. If using an auto-rickshaw, simply instruct the driver to proceed towards Moti Doongri Circle. ‘Moti Doongri Circle’ is situated very close to ‘Narayan Singh Circle’ (landmark: City Mall).

Nims City Center is just approximately 100 feet from ‘Moti Doongri Circle’ along the main Govind Marg. The Nims University Transport Department operates a variety of AC and non-AC buses daily (except Sundays) from Nims City Center, departing at 7.30 a.m. to transport students and staff to the Nims University Campus. You may avail of any of our transport services FREE OF CHARGE with prior notification and exclusively from Nims City Center.

From Jaipur Bus Station The central bus station, Sindhi Camp, lies approximately 1 km away from Jaipur Railway station, about 35 km from Nims University Campus, and 4 km from Nims City Center, Jaipur. All Government and Private buses traveling towards Delhi, Haryana, or Chandigarh via the Jaipur-Delhi highway will pass by Nims University Campus. You can simply request the bus conductor/driver to drop you off at the NIMS UNIVERSITY BUS STOP.

By Train To directly access Nims Campus from the railway station, you can opt for an auto-rickshaw to either Central Bus Station at ‘Sindhi Camp’ or ‘Narayan Singh Circle’ or ‘Badi Choppad’. From there, you can board any bus traveling along the ‘Delhi-Shahpura’ route. Simply inform the bus conductor/driver of your destination at the NIMS UNIVERSITY BUS STOP.

To address any admission-related queries, please navigate to your Admission Login Page at admission.nimsuniversity.org using your Form Number and Password. Here's what you can do:

2. Check the Registration Status of your Form.
3. Determine if you have been short-listed for admission at NIMS.
4. Access information about the dates for your Entrance Examination.
5. Download the Admit card if required (for offline exams).
6. Verify your Selection Status.
7. Print your Admission Letter.
8. Confirm the status of the Fee Payment.

Upon confirmation of receipt of your Form on your Admission Login Page, processing typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

The Admission Procedure for Post Graduate & Undergraduate Programs will commence in April 2021. Digital Admission Process

Now, apply conveniently from your hometown. Follow these steps:

1. Access the online application form at admission.nimsuniversity.org and click on apply online.
2. Fill in the necessary details, upload your photo, and submit all required documents.
3. Pay the application fee of Rs 900/- online via credit/debit card or PayTM.
4. Log in to the admission page using your form number and password provided on the 1st page of your application form or displayed on the screen. A confirmation of successful submission will be sent to your verified email address, along with login credentials.
5. Regularly check the admission site for updates on your admission status and pay fees online.

If the 12th results are pending, a conditional admission offer letter will be issued. Additional criteria apply for B Arch, B Tech, Design, and Fine Art programs.

Offer of Admission

An announcement regarding the results will be communicated via your Admission site. Selected candidates will receive an Admission Letter, which can be printed from the Admission site. Details regarding fee payment, hostel allotment, and commencement of the academic session will be provided in the admission letter.

The offer of admission will be provisional and valid only for the specific program opted for by the candidate in the same academic session. Failure to fulfill the specified conditions within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation of the admission offer.

Non-payment of fees or failure to report for classes by the specified date will lead to cancellation of admission.

Q. 4. What is the Scholarship policy at NIMS?

Ans. Prof (Dr.) Balvir Singh Tomar Merit-Based Scholarship for Programs after 10+2 based on Central / State board:

Scholarships are available for candidates who completed Class XII in 2019, 2020, or 2021 and meet the following eligibility criteria:

100% Scholarship - 94% aggregate and above 75% Scholarship - 90% aggregate and above 50% Scholarship - 80% aggregate and above 25% Scholarship - 75% aggregate and above 20% Scholarship - 70% aggregate and above Scholarship Admission for programs after 10+2 based on NIMS UNIVERSITY Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examinations for all Non-Council Courses:

(Only for those with less than 70% in Class XII from Central /State Board)

50% Scholarship - 95% and above 25% Scholarship - 90% and above 20% Scholarship - 85% and above 10% Scholarship - 60% and above Additional 10% scholarship for Army/Defence Personnel or national/state level players for all UG and PG Programs or Engineering - JEE – 80 Percentile & above, for Law - CLAT-80 Percentile & above.

Scholarship for Specially Abled Candidates:

50% Scholarship offered for candidates with over 40% disability in both UG and PG programs. Proof of disability is required at admission.

Scholarship for Programs after Graduation:

Scholarship exclusions:

Not applicable for Diploma paramedicals, Nursing, and Pharmacy Programs at NIMS. Applicable only on Tuition Fee. All students deposit the Examination Fee at examination time. 20% Scholarship for Girl children of widowers/single female parents in nursing programs at NIMS. Fee concession – Admission & 30% fee concession offered to NIMS students continuing higher education at NIMS Universities with a maximum gap of two years.

Scholarship seats are limited. The mentioned percentages are only for eligibility. Candidates exceeding these percentages must fill out the NIMS Application form. The final decision rests with the Scholarship Committee.

Scholarship granted annually; continuation in subsequent years subject to policy. Top 5% for 100% scholarship, top 10% for 50% scholarship, and top 20% for 25% scholarship. Applicable after one year with a minimum of 30 admitted students.
