This national-level admission test is conducted exclusively for law programs at NLU Delhi. The test will be conducted in paper format from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at designated test centers.

The NLU Delhi admission process through the AILET exam 2026 consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Online Registration Candidates can register online at the official website of NLU Delhi - https://nludelhi.ac.in and fill in all the necessary details in the application form, submit the documents select and pay the test fee. AILET 2026 application form for AILET can only be submitted online.
Step 2: AILET exam 2026 Admit Card
NLU Delhi will issue an Admit Card to the candidates who have registered for the exam. Candidates must carry the AILET 2026 Admit Card on the exam day. Candidates with admit cards will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
Step 3: AILET 2026 Exam - Candidates must appear for AILET at the exam centre specified in the admit card. They should go to the exam centres at least one hour before the exam.

AILET Merit Lists
After counselling registration, NLU Delhi will release AILET exam Merit Lists for BA LLB (Hons.) and LLM courses to shortlist eligible candidates for admission. The university publishes four merit lists for each of the two courses.
Admission Fee Submission
If a candidate is selected in the AILET merit list, he/she has to pay the admission fee online before the deadline fixed by NLU Delhi.
