AIIMS PG 2025 has been replaced by INI CET 2025. The minimum requirements for INI CET 2025 clearly state that a candidate must have an MBBS/BDS degree and complete one year of rotational training in any recognized medical institution in India. There is no limit on age and the number of attempts while appearing for the exam. A candidate must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST category candidates) to be eligible to apply.

49.5% of the total Post-Graduate seats (excluding Sponsored/Foreign National candidates) are reserved for ST/SC/OBC (Non-creamy layer) students. Reserved Category candidates have to submit a valid caste certificate during the admission process.

INI CET 2025 Reservation Criteria

For AIIMS PG Admissions, 49.5% of all Post-Graduate seats, excluding those for Sponsored/Foreign National candidates, are reserved for candidates from the ST/SC/OBC (Non-creamy layer). The category-wise reservation of seats for AIIMS PG 2025 is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Nationals/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI)

  1. Foreigners must fill out the AIIMS PG 2025 online application form indicating the subject choice (only one) for admission to the MD/MS/M.Ch degree course. (6 Years)/MDS Degree.
  2. All international applicants must submit proof of registration of their online application through the diplomatic channel. They will also have to sit for the competitive entrance exam along with other candidates. The previous copy should be sent to AIIMS, New Delhi before the last date of online registration. However, the applications of all such candidates will be processed only after they are received through the Diplomatic Channel.
  3. Foreigners are considered in a sponsored class for MD/MS/MDS courses.
  4. There are no reserved seats for foreigners in any field.
  5. Applicants' objections must reach the examination department before the date of issue of the admit card otherwise their application will not be considered.
  6. AIIMS does not pay fees to foreign candidates.

Minimum Cut-off Scores for INI CET

AIIMS PG Selection is based only on the marks obtained in the entrance exam. AIIMS PG cut-off marks are usually in the 50th percentile.

  1. AIIMS PG 2025 Institutional Preference for AIIMS Graduates
  2. AIIMS New Delhi Graduates will get priority admission in 50% of all available seats.
  3. The remaining seats will be given to open general category candidates based on their performance in the AIIMS PG entrance exam.
