KLEE Eligibility Criteria 2024

Students must go through all the KLEE 2024 admission criteria before filling out the KLEE 2024 application form. Please note that the KLEE admission criteria is only for students appearing in the KLEE 2024 exam.

KLEE is the admission exam for all law colleges in Kerala including private, public and 5-year LLB courses, 3-year LLB courses and LLM courses. The KLEE exam is an online exam of 2 hours with 200 questions for 600 marks.

KLEE Eligibility Criteria 2024: Educational Qualifications

Eligibility for the 3-Year LLB Program

To be eligible for the 3-year LLB program through KLEE, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

1. Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have passed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Minimum Marks: There is generally no minimum percentage requirement for qualifying for a Bachelor's degree. However, some universities or colleges might have their own internal cutoff criteria.
3. Age Limit: There is usually no upper age limit for appearing in the KLEE exam for the 3-year LLB program.
4. Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in their final year of Bachelor's degree can also apply for KLEE but must submit proof of passing the degree before admission.

Eligibility for the 5-Year Integrated LLB Program

The eligibility criteria for the 5-year integrated LLB program are slightly different:

1. Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary (Plus Two) examination or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate (40% for SC/ST candidates).
2. Subjects: The subjects studied in the qualifying examination should include English, a language other than English, and one of the following subjects: History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Logic, Philosophy, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Statistics, or any other vocational subjects.
3. Age Limit: There might be an age limit specified by the conducting authority. It's essential to check the official notification for the exact age limit.

KLEE Eligibility Criteria 2024: Age Limit

According to the KLEE 2024 admission criteria, all candidates who wish to take the KLEE exam must be at least 21 years old. Candidates must fulfil this age limit as prescribed by the Commission for Entrance Examination (CEE) Kerala in KLEE 2024 Admission Criteria for a 3-year LLB program and a 5-year LLB program. As per the admission criteria of KLEE 2024, there is no age limit related to the candidate's date of birth. Also, there is no age limit for when the candidate obtained his or her second degree or bachelor's degree as per the KLEE 2024 qualification criteria. Candidates must meet the age limit of 21 years to appear in the KLEE 2024 exam.

KLEE Eligibility Criteria 2024: Domicile Requirements

KLEE is a special law exam for Kerala, so it is suitable for candidates from the state of Kerala. However, any candidate who is a citizen of India can apply for the KLEE exam as per the KLEE Eligibility Criteria 2024.
