Candidates are also required to upload specified documents for registration for the MDUCEE 2025 exam, and during the processes of counseling and admission sessions. Given below is the complete set of documents that they are expected to have before sitting for the examination:

| Caste Certificate | Applicants who claim to belong to reserved categories must attach relevant Caste Certificate issued by competent authorities. |
| Domicile Certificate | Where appropriate, a domicile certificate is also necessary for candidates making applications under the state quota. |
