NIPER JEE 2026 Seat Allocation for Sponsored Candidates

NIPER JEE 2026 provides sponsored seats as well. These are in addition to the normal intake. The candidates have to be sponsored by government departments, research and development bodies, public sector enterprises, or well-known private pharmaceutical companies. "Well-known private pharmaceutical company" means-

  1. An Industry/Government sponsored organisation, a Trust, a Private Limited Company, and a Partnership/LLP Company.
  2. Self-employed persons/small-scale entrepreneurs with a drug manufacturing license and 3 years of experience operating a pharma unit can also be sponsored (3 years' income tax returns required).

The turnover of the sponsoring industry every year should fulfil certain conditions (INR 100 crores for Private Limited Company; INR 10 crores for Partnership/LLP Company; INR 2 crores for self-employed). The candidate should have-

  1. Provident fund deductions by the employer, and have completed two years of service in a pharmaceutical/biological/chemical/allied organisation by the application/online registration date (salary statements for the last two years required).
  2. A sponsorship certificate from the organisation, treating the employee on duty with the usual salary and allowances for the study period, is mandatory.
  3. No financial assistance or placement assistance will be provided by NIPER to sponsored candidates.
