Various eligibility and qualification requirements govern the RTU CAM 2024 selection process. In order to qualify for the admission, a candidate must fulfill the below listed criteria:

| CA Qualification Requirements | All candidates must do a minimum of 45 percent marks in aggregate in mathematics, physics and chemistry subjects during the “A” level qualification or its equivalent with 12 years schooling. There is no minimum requirement on percentage of marks for any of the reserved categories of applicants. |
| Entrance Test | Applicants are required to sit for the JEE Main 2024 exam or for the RTU CAM admission test (if necessary) for the education they are seeking. |
| Upper Age Limit | Applicants must be aged 17 years on or before 31st December 2024. There is always a scope for relaxation of the age criterion in respect of candidates belonging to the reserved category as per government directions. |
| Citizenship | According to the rules set by RTU, the applicant needs to be an Indian citizen or NRI/PIO. |
