 About Diploma in Pharmacy

A Diploma in Pharmacy is the full form of D Pharmacy. The D Pharma program lasts for two years. D Pharmacy aims to impart information and abilities in the areas of pharmaceutical science, pharmacology, pharmaceutical science, pharmaceutical chemistry, drug formulation, medicine distribution, and pharmacy practice. A diploma program in pharmacy is called D Pharmacy. 

Merit-based admission to the Diploma in Pharmacy Program is contingent upon passing entrance tests. After finishing Class 12 in the Science stream with 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, students can pursue a D Pharmacy study.

D Pharma expenses typically range from INR 10,000 to INR 1,00,000. Admission to D Pharmacy programs is typically determined by the merit of Class 12 scores; however, some universities also accept results from D Pharmacy entrance exams, such as JEECUP, CUET, GUJCET, NEET, etc. Pharmacy courses come in several forms, including D Pharmacy, B Pharma, M Pharma, and PharmD. 

Candidates can choose from a variety of employment profiles after earning a D in pharmacy, including those of a pharmacist, medical transcriptionist, pharmaceutical executive, laboratory assistant, laboratory scientist, etc. D Pharmacy candidates often make between INR 2 LPA and INR 4.2 LPA in pay.
