What is Bachelor of Science Honours (B.Sc. Hons.) Geology?

B.Sc (Hons) in Geology course is a graduate- an introductory course in geology. The course includes specialities in economic geology, geomorphology, geological engineering. Hydrogeology, mineralogy, planetary science, petrology, remote sensing, structural geology and sedimentology are all included in the syllabus.
Geology is the science that studies solid Earth, the rocks that make it up, and the processes that cause it to evolve. The B.Sc. (Hons.) The geology programme encompasses the study of the solid and liquid substances that makes up the Earth. It also involves the study of species that have lived on our planet in the past. Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Science Honours (B.Sc. Hons.) Geology

Basic Eligibility is defined as a 10+2 or comparable test in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from any board in the country. As an additional eligibility condition, the student must have obtained a minimum of 50% in the 10+2 examinations. The overall marks in the 10+2 test will be used to determine admission to the institute.
