Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) is a degree program that combines the study of Business, Economics, and Statistics with specialization in the banking and insurance industry. This program prepares students for a career in management and leadership roles in the Banking and Insurance industries. A graduate of this degree can pursue further studies in a Master's degree in Banking and Finance or a Master's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
This degree course requires the student to complete 12th Standard/HSC/10+2 from a recognized board. Some colleges conduct entrance exams to determine the merit of the students. The Admission process for the B.Com Banking and Insurance course is similar to the regular B.Com course. The prerequisites for this program are the same as those for regular B.Com. successful completion of the course will provide students with the necessary education for a career in the banking and insurance industry.
