4. Fellowship: After residency, a pulmonologist-to-be will complete a fellowship in Pulmonology, which usually lasts for two to three years.
5. Licensing and Certification: After completing the necessary education and training, obtaining a medical license is crucial. Additionally, board certification in Pulmonary Medicine is often pursued.
