The M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering programme is a two-year, full-time, self-contained, industry-focused programme. Industrial engineering is a discipline of engineering concerned with designing, implementing, and assessing an integrated system of knowledge, equipment, materials, processes, and people.
That part of the engineering that covers the topics and deals with the optimization of complicated processes or systems is known as industrial engineering. Students work on the design, evaluation, and implementation of integrated systems integrating people, money, knowledge, equipment, information, energy, materials, analysis, and synthesis in this section.
Though the duration of this degree is usually two years, it might vary from place to place, and some institutes may provide it on a part-time basis. Eligibility Criteria for M.tech in Industrial Engineering

  • For the general category with GATE.
  • A B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent with a CGPA of 6.75 on a scale of 10-point or 60 percent marks in aggregate is required. –

                  300 points in the general category, or 200 points in the SC/ST category and 250 points in the PH category.
