IT The acronym BSc. IT refers to
a degree in information technology. The BSc Information Technology is a
three-year undergraduate science program that teaches students about software,
databases, and networking. Its goal is to give students both theoretical and
practical knowledge about how to safely store, process, and manage information.
Successful completion of a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board is required to be eligible for BSc IT admission. Most of the time, merit is used to get in. However, there are only a few BSc IT colleges in India that accept applications based on entrance tests like NEST, IISER, and others. Fees for a BSc in information technology range from INR 90,000 to INR 4.3 Lakh.
