Library

ACN Institute For Higher Education (ACNIHE, Aligarh ) Library is a Computerized Library with an information center. The College library has about 47OO volumes of books. In addition to these, a wide range of reference materials, textbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, newspapers, and periodicals are available to meet the requirements of the students. Further, the college subscribes to about 200 national and international journals and magazines for the access of students.

Laboratory & Workshops

We believe that teaching and learning must have a balanced mix of both theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Thus we emphasize the need for adequate exposure to the practical. This exposure is facilitated through experiments in well-equipped laboratories and workshops that are functional in college.

Educational Technology Lab

E, T. The lab is one of the best labs in College to provide communication skills for planning, organization, and controlling classroom teaching. lt contains the latest hardware and software in the field of teaching education, Overhead Project (O.H.p.), Slide projector, Wide screen T.V., V.C.D, Radio, tape recorder, microphones, Education Cd's Charts and [Vodels, etc. The E.T. lab has a proper facility for the development of instructional material for teaching and learning.

Micro-Teaching Clinic

The micro-teaching clinic, fully equipped, includes Digital Video Camera, tt/ultimedia LCD Projector, and a Plasma TV Monitor.

Psychology Laboratory

ACN Institute For Higher Education (ACNIHE, Aligarh )  equipped psychology laboratory includes essential psychological tests like intelligence Test, Creativity Test, Aptitude Test, Attitude Test, Achievement Test, etc., with proper manuals and scoring keys, and equipment that fulfills the training requirements. These tests can help the PupilTeachers to understand the psychology of their pupils/learners as well as their colleagues.

Science Lab

The ACN Institute For Higher Education (ACNIHE, Aligarh ) has well-settled and equipped labs by which pupil-teachers can acquire competencies relevant to pedagogy and the understanding of the content in teaching subjects/methods. A good number of computers have been provided to faculty, administration, and accounts sections. Complete power backup is provided with Guard on-line UPS and individual UPS for every personal computer. Peripherals include Dot matrix, Laser and inkjet Printers, HP Scanners CD Writers, etc. The current range of software that is available at the labs includes Operating Systems (Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP Prof., Windows 2000 Prof.), databases (lVS-SaL Server, bracelet), Languages and tools like (Turbo, C++, [VS Visual Studio, NET, Turbo, Assembler, JDK, etc.) and software for office use Iike(tMS office 2000, Antivirus software, etc.).
