The top employers that provide positions in businesses include Lupin, Sun Pharma, Pfizer, Novartis, Bharat BioTec, and Biocon. Aptitude testing is the initial step in the placement process, followed by a practice interview to help students prepare, and a career development center that trains students in professionalism and learning etiquette. About 60% of students receive immunology internships in companies like Sun Pharma and Lupin. Human resources, digital marketing, content creation, head of design, etc. After I graduate from biotechnology, I intend to work in the field of agricultural biotechnology and launch a company that helps farmers develop and address their practical issues.
In our course, internships are available in the areas of plant tissue culture, phytochemical analysis, and cell culture technologies. Companies like Lupin and Sun-Pharma, among others, also offer internships in graphic design and digital marketing. In teams, projects are also assigned. Students participate in workshops with other teams and groups of students from various departments, which motivates us to develop our knowledge and networking abilities. Based on their performance and work advancement, students receive stipends and certificates.
