Food Technology Laboratory

This laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to produce bakery items like bread, buns, cakes, pastries, biscuits, etc., and preserved food items like jams, jellies, pickles, preserves, etc. The laboratory is well-equipped with modern gadgets and equipment for baking preservation and quality analysis.
