Students receive coaching from renowned and experienced individuals to familiarize them with the current corporate needs, and to enhance their soft skills such as personality development, CV writing, communication skills, aptitude tests, interview technique, group discussion, technical and personal interviews, all of which are essential for obtaining suitable job opportunities. This soft skill training is compulsory for all students. We provide state-of-the-art training to ensure that they become competent and motivated engineers. At the institute, we not only emphasize the importance of knowledge, cultivate vision, and promote innovative ideas, but we also instill human values and raise awareness of the self and the world around us.

Short Range Goals

1. Reach out to industries and invite them to participate in on-campus interviews.

2. Providing students with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully navigate the selection process through the implementation of regular general aptitude assessments, technical assessments, group discussions, mock interviews, etc., as well as a comprehensive understanding of the industrial environment, and their respective roles as engineers.

3. The successful implementation of institute-industry partnerships in terms of networking, sharing of knowledge and ideas, scheduling of visits and technical meetings with industrial professionals, etc.
