The Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) of Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh conducts the placement drive for the students by inviting the companies. T&P Cell has an adequate infrastructure to conduct placement drives. It builds relationships with reputed companies. The T&P Cell of ACB fills the gap between the students and the companies. The cell helps in the overall personality development of the students by organizing lectures, workshops, etc for them. It also helps the students to prepare for the aptitude test, reasoning and analytics test, interview by making them participate in mock interviews, and tests conducted by the cell. The T&P cell ensures that the maximum number of students got placed in reputed companies. 

The placement process includes: inviting the companies via mail, interested companies will revert back and with the mutual agreement dates are finalized for conducting the placement drive, companies will deliver a pre-placement talk, aptitude and reasoning tests followed by a group discussion round are conducted by the companies, shortlisted students have to appear for the final round of interview, students who qualify all the test and interview will be given an offer letter by the recruiter.
