Ajeenkya DY Patil University's infrastructure is spread over a vast area of 100 acres. The institute has the required facilities for comprehensive academic growth and development. The institute has hostels, a library, and other amenities like an auditorium, food courts, and a launchpad. Some highlighting features of the ADYPU infrastructure are listed below.

The Ajeenkya DY Patil University hostel blocks are separate for boys and girls. The hostels have shared facilities with common bathrooms and kitchens. In addition, there are other facilities like a cafeteria, medical assistance, a common dining hall, and a recreation room with TV, wifi, and electricity backup. There is an additional "laundry facility" included in the Ajeenkya DY Patil University infrastructure. The Laundromint is mandatory for all ADYPU Pune students availing of hostel facilities.
