1. Amitesh Pandey and Team: Wrote a book titled ‘Practical Approach to Software Defined Radio’ published with Tenet Mechatronics
2. Ranjini Warrier E, P V Sunil Nag, C Santosh Kumar: Received the best paper award at the ERCICA 2018 conference for a paper on “A Novel H-∞ filter based indicator for health monitoring of components in a smart grid”.

Times Higher Education Asia Award

In May 2024, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham was awarded the Times Higher Education Asia Award for Live-in-Labs, an internship in rural India to help enhance the abilities of individuals for nation-building while causing young people to generate compassion for the needy. The program has spread to over a million individuals in 25 states since the program began in early 2013.

Interactive Use of Generalized Building Ratings Accountability for Certified IGBC Green Campus

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham campus has been given an IGBC Green Campus Rating System Platinum certification.

Swachhta Rankings

In 2017 and 2018, the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India awarded the campus as the first in the ‘Technical Institutions’ for initiatives taken for a Clean and Green Campus. For the academic year of 2020-2021, the campus is also awarded the first rank for Coimbatore district under the “One District One Green Champion” rating.
