Andhra Loyola College offers M.Sc., MCA, and MBA courses at the undergraduate level. The basic eligibility is to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subjects.

•The admission to MBA and MCA courses is granted based on rank obtained in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Government. The question paper of AP ICET will be the objective type. It is a paper and pencil-based examination having a test duration of 2 and a half hours. The question paper consists of three sections viz Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability, and Communication Ability.

•Section A) of Analytical Ability will consist of 20 questions on Data Sufficiency and 55 questions from Problem Solving. Section B) of Mathematical Ability will contain 35 questions from Arithmetical Ability, 30 questions from Algebraical and Geometrical Ability, and 10 questions from Statistical Ability. Section C) will be the communication ability consisting of Vocabulary (10 questions), Business (10 questions) and Computer Terminology, Functional Grammar (15 questions), and Reading Comprehension (15 questions).

• admission to M.Sc. courses will be granted based on the Krishna University Common Entrance Test (KRU – CET). There will be one question paper for 1 1/2 hours (90 Minutes) duration. The question paper will be in Telugu & English except for languages. The question paper will carry a total of 100 marks. The question paper will contain a total of 100 questions with Objective type and Multiple Choice. Each question carries one mark. MCQs with four alternatives A, B, C, D. Candidate can mark one option out of the given options, the candidate who gives more than one answer will be ignored while awarding marks.

•Though Andhra Loyola College is an affiliated College, its well-qualified and highly research-oriented faculty keeps registering tremendous growth on the research front with the research output being in tune with the demands of higher education. The college has 51 Ph.D. holders among its faculty including 16 approved Research Guides, which is very rare for an affiliated College, in different disciplines.

•Quite a number of the faculty members have won a good number of Awards and Recognitions, including some faculty members being nominated as Editor-in-Chief, Members of Editorial Board as well as Reviewers of reputed International and National Journals, Adjudicators of Ph.D. theses of different universities, Members of the Boards of Studies of various Colleges, Subject Experts and Consultants for various assignments.

Selection Process

•The overall criterion for admission is merit. However, special consideration will be given to Catholics and candidates from socially and economically backward sections of the society.

•After receiving the filled-in application of the candidate, if the admission team is satisfied with the marks within one or two days the candidate will get a phone call to attend an interview for the group he/she applied for. Candidates will have to prepare and come for the interview concerning subjects of the group they prefer from the SSC syllabus only.

•If the candidate is selected then his/her admission will be confirmed provided they pay the full admission fee immediately.
