The APS College Of Commerce has had a Career Guidance and Placement Cell, catering to the needs and development of the students to face the world outside with knowledge and confidence. Since 2014 onwards the college Placement and Career Guidance Cell has been involved in aiming to place more and more students from the campus and getting more and more corporates into the campus. Twenty or so businesses visit colleges to recruit, and an additional four or five companies do the same at job fairs. Students were chosen for interviews at Unisys, the first company to visit the college. There are still 18–20 companies to visit, but the selection process is totally up to the students themselves because it all depends on how well they perform in the interview. Companies that provide a package worth between two and three lakhs per year include Infosys, Wipro, Apple, Unisys, Northern Trust Bank, and ICAC Bank.
