The Training and Placement Cell of AITS played an important role in the past and is now the most important department of AITS. Since more Engineering Colleges are coming up, the competition for jobs is increasing each day, and ensuring that students have the chance to get placement has become a major challenge. The training and Placement cell has come into existence for quite some time and has been able to perform tasks such as organizing implant training for students as well as inviting different organizations to recruit students on campus.

The Learning and Placement Cell is equipped to provide students with all the necessary prerequisites for selection, viz. Secure Meters, John Deere, Fusion, Lipidata, Arcgate, BSES, Mewar Hi-Tech, Wolkem, Cognus, Muskowl, J.K. Cement, and numerous others.

We're trying to get the goal of achieving 100% placements for our eligible students. This is a source of immense satisfaction for AITS since 70 percent of our eligible students from AITS in their final year have been placed each year.
