1. The Training and Placement Cell facilitates the students to explore the world of employment and career avenues. It also helps students in career planning, so that the students can choose their career more effectively.
2. The objective of the Training and Placement Cell is on the professional development of the students by training them towards employability skills, right from the first year of B.Tech, which in turn helps the students to move into a desired occupation in the extremely competitive world.
3. The Training and Placement Cell takes the initiative to explore career avenues for the students through visits to new companies and unexplored sectors. Campus recruitments are organized every year.
4. The selection process generally starts with a pre-placement talk in which a firm/organization gives the students insights into the company profile, job profile, career path, CTC, etc. which is followed by the actual selection process i.e., written test, group discussion, interview, etc.
5. At AVNIET, we have state-of-the-art facilities that make campus recruitment a pleasant experience. Faculty Coordinators from each department are also present to assist in the selection process.
