AVSEC Placement Cell
AVS Engineering College saw an abundance of firms visiting the campus for recruiting. The college has an outstanding performance in placement. The college has had 83 companies come to the campus and students received an average of 645 offers. 373 students were offered by firms for recruiting.
Along with the MoUs signed by Schneider Electric, Zoho Creator, Sensiple, NFN Labs, Barola Airways, Srishti, EEDISSIA, DatadesQ, Qspiders, Talent.io, Techgig, Trueesailogo have added more opportunities for our students to pursue careers.
The season of placement in 2019-20 saw an increase in the number of opportunities and companies when compared to the previous year, 2018-19. The campus was able to achieve 96 percent placements. More than 83 companies came to the campus to conduct recruitments, as well as 373 pupils were offered a job. The total number of offers received was 645. Students received 187 offers in total. The 83 companies that visited the campus were diverse, which included 30, from the core Sector 27, 27 students from the IT Sector, 9 for MBA 10 for ITES, and seven were general. Four companies offered a pay package of up to 8 Lakhs 3 provided six or more Lakhs and 10 provided the equivalent of 3 Lakhs.
In the period 2018-19, 70 companies were invited to recruit and 636 offers were offered. 340 students were offered. The placement of 176 students was based on more than two offers on the bag. Of the 70 companies 26 were Core, 21 for the IT sector, 13 for MBA 8 for ITES, and two were general.
