To Train Students for successful Placement is the ultimate aim of the Training and Placement Cell. AVS College of Technology pays much attention to developing the communication skills of the Students. Regular training programs have been planned to enrich their Soft Skills and to help them cope with their Technical skills.

Improving Verbal and Quantitative Aptitude, Team Building, and Motivation are the main objectives of the Training and Placement cell. Orientation programs begin from the first year of Engineering paving the way for Placement.
