Facilities and Infrastructure

Ayush And Health Sciences University Of Chhattisgarh infrastructure encompasses Lecture Halls, Laboratories, a Library, a 500-bedded Hospital, Faculty Office Spaces, Seminar Halls, Conference Halls, an Auditorium, as well as amenities for Sports and Extra-Curricular activities.  All classrooms are generously sized, well-illuminated, and equipped with cutting-edge multimedia teaching tools. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The University features a high-quality, fully air-conditioned library with internet access for students, housing a collection of both National and International journals. 

Seminar Hall

The Seminar Hall functions as an optimal venue for seminars and presentations by medical professionals aimed at enlightening our students about various fields.  These sessions provide students with firsthand knowledge of operations in diverse fields and an opportunity to address queries by interacting with the guest speakers. The speakers share insights into their work, the challenges they encounter, and the solutions they implement, followed by a question and answer session with the students. 

Library

The Ayush and Health Sciences University Library grants access to printed resources, including books and journals, as well as electronic journals and online databases primarily for the use of faculty and staff at AHSU.  The library collection expands annually by approximately 1,000 books. Additionally, the library subscribes to over 100 current periodicals and various electronic journals and databases. Oversight of the library is carried out by a committee comprising the librarian and three faculty members.

Canteen

AHSU offers multiple dining options, some managed by the University and others by outlets near Departments and Faculties. Students are encouraged to utilize the dining facilities provided by both the University and the Colleges. The focus of both University and College facilities is to deliver quality meals, albeit at a cost.

Medical Facilities

The Ayush And Health Sciences University Of Chhattisgarh provides healthcare facilities to students, including First-Aid and basic medical services. A dedicated room is allocated for these services, and doctors can be summoned as required. Medical support extends to the physical education department during sports events such as volleyball, cricket, table tennis, etc. Additionally, first aid facilities are available during university outings for the benefit of the students.
