Most companies visit the institute for pre-placement talks. During this session, the company representatives explain the job profile, the company's culture, and their expectations from the students. I

After the online application process is completed, the students may be asked to take a written test or an online test.
After the tests, the shortlisted students are invited for the interview process. During the interview, the company representatives ask questions to understand the student's capabilities and knowledge.
After the interview process is completed, the company selects the candidates who have performed the best in the tests and interviews. The selected candidates are then offered the job.
