The College has an active Mediation Unit. A database of all final-year students is maintained and made available to potential employers. Workshops are organized to help students create a CV and teach them GD and interview techniques. There are recruitment programs on campus and some of our students have been hired by good companies like TATA, HP, and HDFC Bank during these campus recruitment campaigns.  

In fact, in the previous academic year, the college organized a preparatory training focused on skills and soft skills. The course is delivered in partnership with IMS Learning Resources Pvt. ltd It has proved very useful for the students.
