The placement preparation for the students starts off early for the undergraduates. The campus ambassadors organize various training programs for other students at college (excel, soft skill sessions, motivation talks, etc.) and also brand the company for which they are selected on campus, which gives an opportunity for the students to understand the company’s strategies and implement the same.
