Hostel
The Hostel facility for Students. In order to cater to the residential requirement of the students, there is a hostel facility for girls. Currently, there are 50 rooms in the girl´s hostel with a total capacity of 100 beds. It is located within the Institute campus. The hostel is well furnished having 24X7 security arrangements. Hostel rooms are allotted on first come first served basis with double occupancy. Students desirous of staying in the hostel are required to apply for hostel accomodation at the time of admission. Preference is given to outstation students. Details about the charges for boarding, lodging and hostel rules are available at the administrative office of the Institute.

Medical/Hospital
The Students requiring a slightly more intensive medical care (i.e. high fevers, vomiting with mild dehydration) may be monitored during clinical hours in one of our two observation beds. After hours and those requiring more aggressive medical interventions may be referred to one of our local hospital emergency rooms, both within blocks of the college. Referrals for outpatient specialty care can be made as needed for evaluation &/or management of more complex medical conditions. Such referrals may sometimes require coordination with the student’s primary care provider at home, depending on his/her insurance rules.

Library

Our widely stocked library has a collection of latest books, journals, periodicals and a host of reading materials including industry studies, annual reports of various companies, company profiles, project reports and reference materials received from industry and international agencies. The library subscribes to varieties of Journals on Education, Management, Commerce, Science and Arts subjects. The collection also includes back volumes of Journals, Magazines, Career guidance books and News bulletins about employment. In-library has reading room facilities also. The students are totally dependent upon the library for their requirement related to MBA, BBA, B.Com and B.Ed Courses. The collection is continuously reviewed and added with new books to support their needs.

I.T Infrastructure
The campus have state of the art computer centres that provide computing facilities comprising of the latest HP machines linked to a wide range of software, communication and print services. In BIMS Computer Lab is available for MBA, BBA, B.Com and B.Ed students who are concurrently enrolled in courses that require use of the lab for enhancing and developing business skills. The lab is equipped with current-model, high-end PC computers, high-speed network and storage and other equipment to meet student needs. Cafeteria
The college has a spacious canteen with the facility of open air dining also. Cleanliness, and hygiene is the first priority in preparation of delicious and mouth watering dishes. The food served is not only nutritious and healthy but is also prepared by taking care that the taste and flavor matches the appetite of the students. Special food or dishes are also prepared to mark the celebration of festivals and special occasions, like New Year, Welcome Party, and Farewell Party. There are some special days in a week also when the students are served with special breakfast / lunch offering multi-cuisine at discounted rates. BIMS canteen staff takes full care the students have ‘At Home’ feel while eating the canteen food.
