The Central Library at Bishop Moore College serves as a vibrant nucleus of academic activity, fostering collaboration, facilitating research initiatives, and providing an array of resources to learners across all academic levels. The library offers remote access to the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and Digital Library, managed seamlessly through the integrated library management software, KOHA, ensuring prompt access to accurate information.
Bishop Moore College Main Computer Centre boasts a comprehensive setup, featuring 18 computers with updated software, a server, a UPS facility, LAN connectivity, internet access, a printer, and a scanner. Additionally, the Physics Computer and Networking Centre offers an air-conditioned environment housing 25 modern desktop computers and a server, complemented by LAN connectivity and two units of 5 KVA batteries. Similarly, the Commerce and Mathematics Computer Centre, a joint facility, comprises 16 desktop computers, LAN connectivity, a 5 KVA battery backup, and an LCD projector. Furthermore, the college bookstall operates a dedicated DTP Centre equipped with two computers and a printer. To ensure smooth operation, a dedicated computer professional is assigned to maintain and update the computers in the Main Computer Centre.

Founded in 1972, the Sister Rachel Joseph Hostel for Women provides lodging accommodations for female students enrolled at Bishop Moore College. Tailored to meet the requirements of students from remote areas of the Alappuzha and Kollam districts, the hostel offers a nurturing environment conducive to academic pursuits. Presently, the hostel can accommodate up to 63 students, ensuring a comfortable and supportive living space for its residents.
