BABA Institute of Technology & Sciences offers a horde of undergraduate and postgraduate level courses in the fields of engineering and management. It currently offers B. Tech programs in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Comm. Engineering and Computer Sc. & Engineering at the UG level. At the PG level, the institute offers M. Tech courses in Structural Engineering, Power Electronics & Electrical Drives, CAD/ CAM, VLSI and Computer Science & Technology. It also offers an MBA program with specialization in Finance, Marketing, and HR. All the courses offered by the institute are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

1. Minimum eligibility for B.Tech course is 10+2/ equivalent with PCM, min. 50% aggregate marks.
2. Minimum eligibility for M.Tech course is BE/ B. Tech in the relevant or allied discipline, with minimum 50% marks.
3. For MBA, the candiddates must have done graduation with minimum 50% marks.
4. Candidates seeking lateral entry admission to the third semester of B. Tech must have an engineering diploma of three years or a B.Sc. degree with 50% marks at the minimum.
5. Candidates with a valid CAT/ MAT score can directly register for MBA counselling. Similarly, GATE qualifiers are eligible for direct counselling for M. Tech admissions.
6. Candidates are selected on the basis of AP EAMCET/ PGECET/ ICET rank according to merit.
7. Candidates seeking lateral entry must attend counselling for the same.
8. Candidates qualifying AP EAMCET/ AP PGECET/ ICET must attend web-counselling where the candidate is allowed to select college & courses through internet facility available at their residence or by visiting a nearby Help-line Center.
9. All qualified candidates must register for counselling and visit a nearby Help-line Center for documents verification before proceeding with the web-counselling process.
10. Reservation is provided as per state govt. norms.

BABA Institute of Technology & Sciences offers undergraduate level engineering degree (B. Tech) programs in the disciplines of Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the B. Tech courses is a pass in 10+2 or equivalent exam. Candidates are further required to score a minimum aggregate of 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects. Candidates are selected on the basis of their EAMCET rank.

Prospective applicants may apply through EAMCET website, appear for the state-level entrance exam and attend its respective counselling. The mode of application and fee payment for EAMCET is online only. Candidates who clear the EAMCET entrance test only can attend the web-based counselling process of EAMCET for admission purpose.

Key Points

Candidates seeking admission to Category-B seats may pay the application fee through cash deposit made to the institute’s Andhra Bank / SBI account, the details of which are available on the institute website.

The application fee for Category-B seats is INR 500 irrespective of the applicant’s caste/ status.

Candidates appearing in their final year exam are also eligible to apply and will be granted provisional admission until documents are submitted within the stipulated dates.
