The Placement Department serves as the central hub for students across all courses offered by BKSJEC. It not only facilitates exclusive campus placements but also conducts joint campus placements that are open to students from across North India. Both international and national brands actively participate in these placements.
To date, more than 5500 students have secured positions through campus placements, off-campus placements, and joint campus placements. Students in professional courses undergo training with multinational corporations, both in India and abroad. Faculty members engage with company officials to gather feedback on industry requirements, enabling the continuous revision and updating of the curriculum to meet industry demands. The department maintains a dynamic database of potential employers, regularly updated through correspondence, phone communication, and personal visits to foster enduring connections between employers and the college. Personality development, career guidance workshops, seminars, and guest lectures are organized to enhance students' performance in their professional endeavors.
