Placement at Bombay College Of Pharmacy (BCP), Mumbai is a proactive effort facilitated by the institute's Placement Cell, overseen by Dr. (Mrs.) Premlata K. Ambre. This cell operates throughout the year, dedicated to organizing on-campus interviews with corporate entities. Serving as a liaison between students and Pharma/Non-Pharma Industries, it efficiently manages the entire recruitment process. This involves collecting student resumes, contact details, and emails, which are then forwarded to the HR departments of interested industries. Additionally, the Cell arranges Pre-placement talks (PPT) conducted by companies to familiarize students with the company profile, job roles, and compensation packages. Finally, it assists industries in executing the induction process seamlessly on campus.
