At Bunts Sangha’s S.M.Shetty College of Science, Commerce, and Management Studies admissions are based on past academic records, accomplishments in the field of sports, and arts, and the relevant admission test scores.

Candidates must register with the University of Maharashtra before applying at the institute level.

Candidates appearing/ appeared in the final year exam of the qualifying program are also eligible to apply.

50% of the total seats for each program are reserved for students whose mother tongue is Tulu.

For UG courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 with 45% marks from a recognized board to be eligible for admission.

For M.Com and M.Sc, candidates must have a B.Com and B.Sc degree respectively with 45% marks.

Admission to UG and PG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.
