The Career Point University's Training and Placement Cell takes charge of facilitating the campus placement process for graduating students, offering comprehensive support to visiting companies at every step. From arranging Pre-Placement Talks to organizing Written Tests, Interviews, and Group Discussions as per the requirements of the recruiting companies, the cell ensures a seamless placement process. Additionally, each student undergoes the SEEP (Student Employability Enhancement Program), which encompasses various courses focusing on Personality Enhancement, Employability Enhancement, Job-Specific Skills Development, and Soft Skills Development.

The selection and recruitment process for all Government jobs or public sector undertaking jobs is made through competitive examinations. An important part of these competitive examinations is Aptitude tests which include English Language Proficiency, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge and Current affairs etc.

The Centre for Career Development aims to develop the required competencies to succeed at these competitive examinations by periodically holding the aptitude tests, essay writing, debate competitions etc. to develop the competitive spirit and give a feel of the real test environment.

Objectives:

• To create awareness, motivate and prepare students for various career pathways such as jobs in Government, public sector undertakings, Banks, Defence services, Railways and civil services.

• To develop entrepreneurship traits, by organizing seminars, workshops, and training programs.

• To motivate and assist students for higher studies and research in reputed institutes / Universities in India and abroad.

• To source and provide up-to-date information about career opportunities for undergraduates / post-graduates.

• To promote the exchange of ideas between members of the University and representatives of other organizations on matters affecting the employment of graduates of Career Point University.

Centre’s Activities:

• Awareness and Guidance for various Defence services officers jobs, SSB, PSUs jobs, and government jobs through examinations conducted by Central and State public service commissions.

• Awareness and Guidance for Post Graduate Studies and Research.

• Conduct GK & Current affairs tests periodically, Conduct Reasoning and Psychological tests, Quantitative Aptitude tests, and Essay writing, periodically.

• Entrepreneurship Development Activities.

Recruitment Drive

In the recent recruitment drive, a total of 230 companies visited the university, reflecting the institution's strong industry connections. The highest package offered stood at INR 12.5 LPA, with an average income of INR 2.23 LPA, showcasing the diverse opportunities available to students. Notably, Career Point University has achieved a remarkable 100% Placement Rate in graduation courses in Commerce, Management, and Computer Application, underscoring its commitment to student success. Among the frequent recruiters of the university are esteemed companies such as Amazon, JustDial, IBM, TechMahindra, Sony, Wipro, Jubilant FoodWorks, ITC, Vodafone, Accenture, and more, further validating its reputation as a preferred talent hub for leading corporations.
