Under the guidance of a seasoned Training and Placement Officer, the Career Guidance, Training, and Placement Cell oversee all training activities for students. A fully-equipped state-of-the-art Training and Placement Cell actively coordinates on-campus placements and training initiatives for students. The Cell ensures that students are well-prepared to meet industry demands by integrating industry requirements into the curriculum. This includes programs focused on resume building, soft skills development, communication skills enhancement, interview preparation, and acclimatization to corporate environments.

Furthermore, the institute offers external training programs to final year students to enhance their career prospects and prepare them for competitive exams such as GRE and GATE. These external training initiatives are conducted by reputed training institutes to further augment students' skill sets and increase their competitiveness in the job market.

Responsibilities of the Cell

The committee fulfills various key functions, including:

1. Providing career guidance to students to help them navigate their professional paths effectively.
2. Assisting students in setting clear goals for their future endeavors.
3. Identifying potential companies and extending invitations for on-campus placement drives.
4. Recognizing the training needs of students to prepare them for campus placements.
5. Planning and executing training programs tailored to meet the identified training requirements.
6. Organizing guest lectures and seminars on a regular basis to familiarize students with industry requirements and policies. These sessions feature industry experts as resource persons.
7. Coordinating both off-campus and on-campus recruitment drives.
8. Maintaining records of selected candidates and overseeing the issuance of their appointment orders.
9. Facilitating communication between companies and selected students until their joining formalities are completed.
10. Soliciting annual feedback from students who have joined companies to gauge their experiences and gather insights for continuous improvement.
