Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University Admission to such courses is done based on Entrance Exams conducted by the university or any other national-level examination. For some courses, the university accepts the scores of competitive national-level examinations like JEE Main, CAT, CMAT, GATE, and LEET.
The University offers various courses at the Undergraduate level with various specializations. Not only do they have undergraduate courses but they also have some integrated 5-year courses such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biotechnology.
The candidates should have passed 10+2 examinations in Science discipline in the qualifying examinations from a recognized Board/ University. They should have scored at least 60% marks (57% for SC candidates of Haryana) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology subjects in aggregate.
The selection of candidates to the UG or Integrated courses is based on the Entrance Examination conducted by the University (50% weightage) and the marks scored by the candidates in 10+2 (50% weightage).In case the entrance test cannot be held due to COVID-19, the score of the entrance test will be made 0 and that of the other part will be doubled.
The candidates should have passed a Bachelor’s degree in their respective discipline from a recognized College/ University. They should have scored at least 55% marks (52.25% for SC candidates of Haryana).
The selection process for M.Tech courses is based on GATE score and Entrance Examination conducted by the University. Candidates who have appeared for GATE will be given priority, the rest seats will be filled based on entrance exam merit.
