Chitkara Business School Placement Cell helps in the overall personality development of the students through its skill enhancement programme. The Cell contacts the past and potential recruiters from different sectors and they are invited by the cell to conduct campus placements. Proper training sessions are organised by the Placement Cell for the students of CBS to develop job-specific skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills, soft skills, etc. which is highly demanded in every potential employee by the recruiters and thus these skills help in meeting the corporate standard.
