The Training and Placement Committee of Chalapathi Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Guntur handles the campus placement of the students who have graduated from Engineering. T&PC gives complete support to visiting companies throughout every step of the process for placement.
The arrangements for Pre-Placement talks and Interviews, Written Tests as well as Group discussions are planned according to the requirements of the businesses. Pre-placement training is offered in accordance with their primary topic and is followed by aptitude training.The purpose for TPC is to ease the process of placing and to ensure that every eligible student has a chance to work to be employed in the workplace. The college offers awareness programs for students through conferences and seminars in conjunction with corporate and institutions.
