The placement cell of the DSM School of Management plays a vital role in shaping the career of the students and takes care of everything from their admissions to the internships and the final placements. The placement department is responsible for assisting, guiding, and grooming students so that they can explore and choose the right career options. The placement cell is also responsible for coordinating with various corporates across the globe and establishing a strong network with some of the leading HR professionals to make sure that the students do not just get a job but are also able to choose a career as per their interest and acumen.

The campus recruitment process begins after the students complete their industrial training/internship. The training processes are conducted in the second year of the course and the placement process begins in the third year of the course so that students get placements before the completion of the course. Many students get placement offers from the same organization where they interned.
