The seminar commenced with an address from Director, Dr. SajidAlvi who very aptly mentioned the pitfalls of getting hysteric while getting hooked on social media versus the rewards of constructive, rational & legitimate use of it. The first speaker of the seminar Mr. Anil Reddy, Marketing Head of MNK Marathi Channel, took over the stage to beef up the audience on how desolate we would be if we fail to face the challenges posed by digital technology and how obligatory it has become for all of us to riposte.

Entrepreneurial Bazaar:

Entrepreneurs can’t be created merely by classroom training, by listening to success stories, or just by learning from someone’s failure. He has to falter and rise again, sometimes he needs to crawl to glide again and he might have to bow out and conquer again.

Entrepreneurs often learn true lessons of business and entrepreneurship by experiencing it pragmatically.

The MBA students of DIMR organized an ‘Entrepreneurial Bazaar’ on campus and got some hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship. They got to learn multiple facets of entrepreneurship right from forming the right team with shared goals and vision; resource organization, allocation, and optimum utilization; to identifying, tapping, tuning in, and connecting with varied audiences.

Fresher’sParty:

So what if it’s done & over? The idea is to never let the zest fade away. It’s been quite a long time around a month since MBADIMR’s new batch was given a grand welcome at a fresher’s party ‘Novato Fiesta 2019’. But we do take due diligence to keep our freshers perky & indefatigable always. We at DIMR believe that every day is a new day & everyone must begin de novo. The party was marked with some stunning ramp walks, quirky riddles & games, and astonishing solo & group performances. Some were awarded trophies, gifts, sashes & crowns; but for us, all of them are ‘The Stars’, whose effervescence would never evaporate & are surely going to shine forever. The evening was a sojourn but we all would reminisce perpetually.

I.T Infrastructure:

The college has a most important factor of College is its Technological Advantage, a wifi campus with a Lab having 140 computers, which serves the purpose of all needs for our students to upgrade. Having a 10 Mbps lease line With this set of infrastructure, now TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) has joined hands with DIMR for its ventures.
