The library offers a diverse range of books covering various fields, including Homoeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga and naturopathy, Sanskrit, and Modern Medicine. Additionally, it houses numerous storybooks, dictionaries, government publications, etc. More than 50 Ayurvedic, modern-themed periodicals, and magazines are accessible. Lab:

The DSRRAU features two well-equipped separate laboratories dedicated to practical sessions in Kriya Share (Physiology) and Roga & Vikriti Vigyan Deptt. (Pathology) for students and research purposes. These laboratories are furnished with all necessary modern equipment, and routine and microscopic laboratory examinations are conducted by students under the guidance of experienced faculty and trained technicians. 

Medical Facilities:

The University College of Ayurved has its Teaching Hospital with OPD and IPD facilities, along with a well-equipped laboratory inside DSRRAU's main campus at Kadwad Clinic, Jodhpur.  The clinic offers specialized OPD services in Kayachikitsa, Panchkarma, Shalya, Shalakya, Sri-Prasuti, Bala Roga, Swasthya Rakshan, Nasha Mukti Unit, Cancer Unit, Diabetes Clinic, and emergency care.  Currently, Indoor Patient Services with 196 beds are available, providing free meals, milk, medicines, hospital, and recreational facilities. The college clinic is equipped with a well-developed Shalya-karmagar (O.T.) and Panchkarma-karmagar where a substantial number of patients receive treatments daily.

Sports Facilities:

The university allocates sufficient space and funds to provide both indoor and outdoor gaming facilities at the main campus. DSRRAU has successfully organized State Level Inter-College Sports, Cultural, and Literary tournament programs such as "Ayurplexus-2005," Ayurvishwa-2007, Ayurvishwa-2009, Ayurvishwa-2013, and Ayurvishwa-2017 at its campus.
