The Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research, Delhi  Placement Cell organises various workshops for students. They also manage the process of placement smoothly. They also run a career counseling program for them to help them make choices regarding careers. The cell assists in the overall development of students by implementing its program for enhancing skills. It ensures that the greatest amount of students are hired by reputed firms and each year, the bar for placement keeps growing. The cell also conducts programs for students of DSPSR including test-like interviews and mock tests to assist them in preparation for aptitude tests, reasoning tests, group discussions and interviews. The DSPSR selection process involves invitation from the college acceptance of invitations from the interested firms, registration of interested students to participate in the competition, identifying the CVs of candidates in accordance with the specifications of the company, an interview talk by the recruiter company, where students learn more about the business and meet with employers and ask questions writing tests that are conducted by the recruiters, taking part to an interview Group Discussion and Personal Interview which is the last round and the candidates who have passed the interview will be offered jobs at the company they had hoped to work for.

Follow the steps of the DSPSR placing procedure below:

• Companies are contacted by the institute through email and interested businesses are able to reply.

• Then, they visit their school Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research, Delhi and give a pre-placement speech to students in order to inform them of the policies of the company.

• Additionally, tests and group discussions are handled by the firms.

• The shortlisted candidates must show up for the last round of the placement process i.e. the HR and technical interview.

• A letter of offer is given to students who have completed each round of interviews successfully.
